Capital Campaign Information
At the Annual Meeting on June 1, 2008, the Congregation authorized the Board of Trustees to recruit a Leadership Team and to create a Task Force to proceed with the next steps of planning for a Capital Campaign.
The initial meetings of Capital Campaign Team (CCT) members were held on June 11 and June 25. The CCT (in conjunction with the Finance Team) is starting work on the Capital Campaign proposal that will be presented to the membership at the congregational meeting in September. At that point, the congregation must approve the approach as well as the schedule.
In the meantime, the CCT is preparing to present its ideas to the congregation at several informational meetings over the summer. Look for announcements on the home page, via email, or during services as to dates and times. Your input and feedback is very important, so please attend one of them.
