VUU - This I Believe.
Publicly stating what you believe is a powerful and courageous action. Beginning in the summer of 2007, members of the VUU congregation were invited to stand and read their own "This I Believe" statement, during an open mic service. Since then, it has become a tradition of having a "This I Believe" service every summer.
Additionally, these web pages have been established for any member who wishes to submit their own statement to be included here --- and for anyone at all who wishes to read what others have stated. Whether you have stood up at VUU and read yours, or plan to in the future, or just prefer to have it posted here on the web site, you are welcome to contact us and submit your own statement.
